UK
Tracked delivery by Royal Mail in 3-5 working days is £3.50 for postage and packing for all orders.
Express delivery by Royal Mail in 1 working day is £5. Please order by 3pm between Monday and Friday for same day despatch via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Please note that Royal Mail aim to deliver parcels sent using their Tracked 24 service on the next working day (including Saturdays), but this is not guaranteed especially during peak times. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day.
If an order does not arrive with you within 15 days as seen via the tracking information, we are able to refund your order. Please get in touch with us, if this is the case.
All items for Europe or the Rest of the World (including USA) are sent via Royal Mail and will be subject to different rates.
Delivery Times: Europe - 5-7 working days | Rest of the World (including the USA) - 7-12 working days.
Orders from outside the UK or EU may be subject to additional local taxes or import duties. You will be responsible for any charges and will need to pay them at the time of delivery. If you are unsure of the regulations in your country we encourage you to investigate before you place an order.

RETURN POLICY

We really hope that you will love your Silvia's Fashion Boutique purchase. However, if it doesn't fit, or you change your mind, you have 14 days to return it to us for a full refund. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your item has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. During busy periods, this may take up to 7 working days.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
